The stakeholder engagement summary and appendices are now available and provide an overview of the feedback collected for the project. Thank you to all who participated. Construction is expected to begin in mid-June.

Thank you to all who took the survey and attended the stakeholder meetings and public open house. A summary of the engagement process will be posted online. Construction is expected to start in Summer 2023 and end in Fall 2023.

We are pleased to share that we now have a final design for the project.

We developed it based on both technical data and what we heard through meetings with potentially affected businesses and property owners in Summer 2022. (You can view the stakeholder engagement summary to get an overview of what we heard during these meetings.)

Now, we’d like you to see the final design before it proceeds to construction this summer.

You can also take a survey on the final design. The survey closes April 14, 2023.

We will also meet with affected businesses and property owners to confirm the design meets specific business’ loading and delivery needs and that general access issues have been resolved.
