Phase 1 construction starting soon

We are getting ready to build Phase 1 of the South Winnipeg Recreation Campus.

A construction award report will be considered by the Standing Policy Committee on Community Services on April 14, 2026. Construction is expected to begin this spring once the contract is awarded and a construction contractor is in place.
