Council decision

On June 27, 2024 Council approved(External link) the preliminary design(External link). The project was referred to the 2025 Investment Planning process. The City will move forward with an independent value for money assessment. The assessment will evaluate the business case and alternative project delivery methods. Detailed design and funding is required before construction begins.
