Share your feedback on the draft Neighbourhood Plan
We’re in Phase 2 of engagement for the Point Douglas Neighbourhood Plan. What we heard in Phase 1, along with technical analysis, helped create the draft plan — and now we’re excited to share it with you and hear what you think.
Rover Avenue improvements
While not part of the Point Douglas Neighbourhood Plan, construction on Rover Avenue is planned for 2026 — and we're engaging on both projects at the same time. Since the street needs to be rebuilt, this is a great opportunity to make it more comfortable for people walking, biking, and rolling. We're considering two options and want your feedback.
Join us at a community gathering to review the draft neighbourhood plan and the Rover Avenue options.
Share your feedback, enjoy food and refreshments, and take part in family-friendly activities. Project team members will be available to chat and answer your questions.
