Public engagement summary now available

The public engagement summary and appendices are now available and provide an overview of the feedback collected for the project.

An administrative report with recommendations for a short-term rental accommodations regulatory program will be considered by the Executive Policy Committee on February 14, 2023. If you would like to appear as a delegation, please contact the City Clerk's Department by noon on February 13, 2023.

The recommended regulatory program includes recommendations for zoning and land use, licensing and enforcement, and taxation. If Executive Policy Committee and then Council approves the Public Service’s recommendations, the regulatory program will be further refined in another report to Council and formal draft by-law amendments would be prepared for Council’s consideration.
