Council decision

On May 30, 2024, Council cancelled the surplus declaration of 219 and 233 boulevard Provencher and 212 rue Dumoulin. The City will look at long-term lease opportunities instead of selling the properties.

The City will set up a board named the Carré Civique de Saint-Boniface Board. The Board will help the City come up with criteria to evaluate lease proposals. The criteria will need to be supported by the Carré Civique de Saint-Boniface Board and approved by the Standing Policy Committee on Property and Development.
