Phase 2 public engagement summary now available

The Phase 2 public engagement summary and appendices are now available and provide an overview of the feedback collected for the project.

What we heard in Phase 2 will help us create a proposed conceptual design that will broadly show what the public space could look like, how it would function and – at a high-level – what it may cost.

This version of the design will be shared with the public to gather feedback as part of Phase 3 engagement. This feedback will support decision-making and the next level of design before construction.
