Both technical and public engagement assignments were awarded to consultants in early 2020. Building off what we heard during Phase 1 public engagement, we began investigating design concepts and will hold stakeholder meetings over the next few months. Phase 2 public engagement activities are planned for broad public participation in Fall 2021.
