Feasibility Study Update Approved

In fall 2023, the Standing Policy Committee on Community Services approved in principle the East of the Red RecPlex Feasibility Study update. A detailed timeline with the next steps was prepared.

The City has started planning for the next stage of the project, which includes a preliminary design and Class 3 cost estimate (accuracy of -20% to +30%). A Class 3 cost estimate is required for Council review and potential funding.
